The Sky property totals 800 acres. The claims are within the Wind River Basin of Wyoming. The property was originally discovered by Exxon minerals in the 1970's and was controlled by the Pathfinder group until the late 1980's.

The uranium host formation is the Eocene age Wind River Formation and underlies the entire area. Drilling has indicated uranium mineralization of sufficient size to warrant consideration as a satellite in-situ extraction operation.

The Cedar Rim property lies northeast of the Gas Hills uranium district. There, 100 million pounds of uranium were historically produced. The permeability of the sandstone-host material is considered excellent. Reports and records are under evaluation and acquisition. While work done on this project has been sufficient to establish significant uranium mineralization, it is not sufficient to establish a uranium reserve.

In its August 13th, 2007 news release the company announced the formation of a joint venture agreement with Yellowcake Mining Corp. to develop the Sky property.
