Ray Larson Stepping down from Strathmore's Board of Directors

STRATHMORE MINERALS CORP. ("Strathmore" or "the Company") (TSX-V: STM) announces that Ray Larson is stepping down from the Company's Board of Directors for personal reasons. Mr. Larson has accepted an appointment to Strathmore's Advisory Board and will remain a consultant to the Company. The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Larson for all of his contributions, leadership and guidance. With his new advisory role, the Company will continue to benefit from his wealth of uranium industry experience.
Strathmore's President, Mr. Steven Khan, will replace Mr. Larson on the Board of Directors.
