Strathmore's primary goal is to become a leading uranium producer in the United States. The Company has an extensive and diverse property portfolio, located primarily in Wyoming and New Mexico. In 2010, the Company will continue permitting its two core uranium development projects: Roca Honda in New Mexico and the Gas Hills in Wyoming, A third project, the Pine Tree-Reno Creek Properties, has been sold for US $30 million, of which US $20 million is to be paid in cash and common shares of the acquiring company. The transaction is expected to close in April. In addition, the Company is continuing with its plan to monetize or joint venture non-core projects.
